Translator - German and English into Italian
Your responsibilities: You will translate and carry out quality assurance of texts mainly from the field of banking (OR life science), but also insurance, marketing, and others, and act as lead translator in your own area of expertise. You will also be responsible for cultivating and systematically reinforcing relationships with key client contacts. You will apply your experience as a project leader in the linguistic field in working together with our international clientele.
Your profile: You are an Italian native speaker, have a bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in translation, linguistics or related field and have worked as a translator in the financial or life science sector for several years.
You will be able to integrate quickly into a new environment, get along with people from different cultural backgrounds and make the most of the scope for personal initiative placed at your disposal. An excellent knowledge of common software applications such as MS Office is a prerequisite. You will also be fully proficient in SDL Trados products and know how to use them appropriately in your day-to-day work.
