Head of Vendor Management

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for expanding, managing and optimising our worldwide pool of freelancers, with the aim of meeting CLS Group's resource requirements cost effectively. You will independently develop strategies and concepts which build on the existing structure, and implement these with your team in an efficient and effective manner. As an innovative driving force, you will improve existing vendor management processes in line with business principles and our high quality standards.

In this function, you will lead a team of two vendor managers in Zurich or London and you will report directly to the CLS Group Chief Operations Officer based in Zurich.

Your profile:

You are able to make decisions, are self-motivated and have several years’ experience in a managerial role. You have a strong sense of personal responsibility, good interpersonal and analytical skills and are self-assured and persuasive, allowing you to meet the requirements of all stakeholders. You are accustomed to thinking strategically and have a proven track record in service procurement in an international environment. The ability to negotiate effectively in English (and ideally also German) is a prerequisite. As an entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills, providing professional service is paramount to you.
