Streamlining processes through outsourcing

In today's market, private banks need to focus on what they do best. With this in mind, one medium-sized private bank in Switzerland outsourced its entire in-house translation service to CLS. The result speaks for itself: in the first year alone, the bank saved almost half a million Swiss francs. The bank's translators enjoy new career prospects with an attractive employer. However, CLS did not just take on the bank's translation staff. The whole translation service and all the processes it entails were reorganized with the client's help, making for much greater simplicity, higher efficiency and lower costs. The bank immediately gained access to new language combinations, and its high fixed costs for translation are a thing of the past.
